Property Rentals

Home In The Sun will act as your rental agent throughout the year. Your investment will be well cared for and we aim to look after the owner’s interests first and foremost.

We are committed to offering both owners and tenants an exceptional service.

Our Property Rentals services include:

Flexible owner / agency contracts to suit the needs of the owner
Promotion and advertising of the owner’s property via the Internet, printed media and locally – both in English and Spanish languages
A ‘meet and greet’ service for all rental guests
Overseeing all rental bookings
Arranging ‘welcome packs’ (on request) for rental guests
Arranging for special requirements such as high chairs and cots

We agree Short Term rental prices with owners for each property, depending on the size and location of the property and whether for Low, Mid or High season. Long Term rental prices will be fixed for the whole term of the agreement.

Meet & Greet
Home in the Sun will personally meet and greet all rental clients to hand over the keys and introduce them to the property and local area. This helps to ensure clients feel relaxed and informed. It also gives Home in the Sun the opportunity to introduce themselves in person as the point of contact during the tenants stay. Home in the Sun also check clients out upon departure. This enables us to reassure ourselves that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition. We can then confirm this to the owner.

* We advise all our owners to provide us with an inventory.

Airport Transfers & Car Hire
Home in the Sun can arrange for transportation to and from Murcia (San Javier) or Alicante airport. Car Hire can be arranged on your behalf in advance at very competitive prices.

* Full flight details and the number of passengers must be submitted in advance.

Interior/Exterior Furnishings
Home in the Sun provides an exclusive service to all owners in the provision of furniture in their homes for either rental purposes or for personal use. We can organise the purchase of complete furniture packs inc sofa's, beds etc or individual items for both the interior and exterior of the property. Our service includes purchase advise and room planning, delivery and assembly. Other requests i.e. Telephones, Satelite TV and Lighting can also be arranged on your behalf.purchase advise and room
