Meet and greet

Home In the Sun will personally meet and greet all rental clients to hand over the keys and introduce them to the property and local area.

This helps to ensure clients feel relaxed and informed. It also gives Home In the Sun the opportunity to introduce ourselves in person as the point of contact during the guest’s stay. Home In the Sun also checks out guests upon departure. This enables us to reassure ourselves that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition. We can then confirm this to the owner.

Airport transfers and car hire

Home in the Sun can arrange for transportation to and from Murcia (San Javier) or Alicante airport. Car Hire can be arranged on your behalf in advance at very competitive prices.

Interior and exterior furnishings and fittings

Home in the Sun provides an exclusive service to all owners in the provision of furniture in their homes for either rental purposes or for personal use. We can organize the purchase of complete furniture packs or individual items for both the interior and exterior of the property.

Our service includes purchase advice and room planning, delivery and assembly. Other requests such as telephone or satellite television installation and lighting can also be arranged on the owner’s behalf. Please contact us by e-mail for more information.
