Notes:
- Rentals may be available as short or long term rental at certain times of the year.
- Long term rental prices do not include cleaning, laundry or utility bills like electricity, water and gas.
- Cleaning fees for long term rentals will be charged from a minimum of 55 euros for a standard clean and launder, up to but not limited to, 200 euros. The amount levied will be dependant upon the size of accomdation and condition of the property after the tenancy.
- Security bonds for both short and long tenancies will be held until after departure and a thorough inspection has been undertaken to establish the conditon of the property and any breakages or missing items. Where necessary a retention of the bond will be made to replace broken, damaged or misused items. Liability on the part of the tenant will not be limited by the amount of the bond.
